Since 2016, The Roost Training Center has been dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by equipping them with the skills and confidence needed for independence. Through tailored pre-vocational and life skills training, along with fostering meaningful community connections, The Roost empowers its participants to thrive in everyday life, building both personal and professional capabilities. We believe that with respect, time, and guidance, every individual has the potential to achieve remarkable things.

Our mission is to inspire everyone to “give a cluck” by supporting and empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through education, training, and community engagement, we’re creating a future where everyone has the tools and opportunities to thrive.
