Since 2016, The Roost Training Center has been dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by equipping them with the skills and confidence needed for independence. Through tailored pre-vocational training and fostering meaningful community connections, The Roost empowers its participants to thrive in everyday life, building both personal and professional capabilities. The Roost Way
